Is there a timescale like this for the ATW and GWR Examples?

ATW ones won't be released during the current franchise (ending October 2018) and we don't yet know what the next franchise will do. GWR were due to release their small 143 fleet around now but they are keeping them a bit longer due to electrification delays.

10 vehicles released 10.11.2018
38 vehicles released 08.12.2018
18 vehicles released 05.1.2019
20 vehicles released 02.2.2019
16 vehicles released 02.3.2019
2 vehicles released 31.3.2019
10 vehicles released 27.4.2019
4 vehicles released 25.5.2019
12 vehicles released 22.6.2019
8 vehicles released 20.7.2019
8 vehicles released 17.8.2019
8 vehicles released 14.9.2019
4 vehicles released 12.10.2019

(N.B. when DfT say vehicle they mean carriage not train.)

Obviously that might change if new/cascaded trains arrive late.

Those release dates look like rail operating periods approximately every 28 days .
319377 has now returned from Wolverton in white livery with blue doors.

It is in the new Northern livery.

When will 319431 be in service?

Think it may be a while as I believe generally the 319/2 & 319/4 which are coming to Northern are going to become the Flex's, leaving just the 319/3 to be electric only.

There aren't any 319/2s coming to Northern. The 319/0s and 319/2s have been exchanged for 319/3s

My mistake but I understand that none of the 319/3's will be Flex's, only 319/0's and 319/4's.
It'll be the eight 319/4's that will be the flex units, 319431 was having work done on it on the shed at Allerton the other day, which to me would indicate it is being readied for traffic as it is, like 319448 and 319450.

SD.

No 319/0 coming either.
