I think worse than ever.

They seem to have good and bad weeks but this as you say is one of their worst. They shouldn't have increased the Sunday services if they didn't have enough staff to run them. I'd rather have a guarunteed less frequent service rather than a frequent service which hardly ever actually operates as scheduled.
And they're cancelling services this afternoon due to a driver not being available. Did someone approve a lot of annual leave for drivers on the basis that the strikes would continue and the drivers would be surplus to requirements?
A single Leeds to Chester service has appeared on RTT from May 20th.
331107 and 331108 have both arrived at Edge Hill.
Test runs overnight via Bolton this week were to check that 100mph running was possible - strikes me as already too late to be deciding that if another farce is to be avoided in May.

Tests took place over 2 nights, Wednesday and Thursday
I would suggest that if there was any doubt they should have published times at 75 mph for May and used the resultant times as recovery if 100 mph working became available, and accelerated times in December. Monday should have been the informed traveller deadline I think - not sure when it was suposed to get back to thirteen weeks though.

There are overnight ROG tests between Crewe and Allerton on Monday and Tuesday nights - 769 perhaps - and two sets of daytime Northern workings between Crewe and Allerton during the day on Tuesday.

Leeds to Chester has been deleted from RTT.

Why has the new timetable NOT been published yet on RTT for Northern?
