What's being done to them at ADL?
Due to breakdowns and bus shortages, optare solo 710 made a appearance on the 89 today for a couple of trips.
Is there an update on the E400FCEVs please as they're probably due back soon as it was stated in July they were gonna be out of action for a minimum of four months.

I've been told Arriva have sent them back for good, how true this is I don't know, but St Helens are also due 17 plate Enviro200 MMCs in the coming weeks
I have heard different, They are in Yorkshire having a lot spent on them before doing a number of test runs, If they dont fail on the test runs they will start to return and be put into service one at a time
The latest I heard on the hydrogens if this is correct are they have been sent back to have work done on the power train of the veichle to try and make it more reliable and should be returning one by one.
The batch off mmc200 from Luton are delayed a bit due to Luton awaiting there new veichles which are slightly delayed if what I heard was correct.

They don't belong to Arriva, they don't have any say in the matter
I caught the 10, the 07.45 Liverpool to St Helens this morning, the bus was rammed by the time it got past Old Swan, most of the passengers got off at Carmel College, their is however a short 10S Liverpool-Prescot at 07.45 as well, think it may be worth extending that from Prescot to Carmel College or St Helens to ease the loadings from the 10

There wouldn’t be anywhere to turn the bus around until Alexandra Drive and by then you’d pretty much end up almost running an additional full 10. It would only be an additional 10 minutes to St Helens bus station, even less when it moves temporarily to Charlon Way

Even so, it's still worth considering extending the 10S, so it eases the loadings from the 10, maybe operate the 10S, 5 minutes earlier too.
