I think it came off Jackson St. to replace a Solo SR on a late-running 38.
Buses to Rainford have been badly affected by roadworks near Windle Island (A570/A580 junction - where the "island" was replaced by lights many years ago, but the location still retains the "island" name.)

I actually went on that 38 it was very busy with it running late, 2606 seemed to be better than 2580
With the recent school contract tender wins for st helens it takes the count to 22 school tenders for the depot.
Anyone know of any spare buses going lol.

I got one few weeks ago before the road works started and it was still 28 minutes late!

Fingers crossed, hopefully a few more new buses for St Helens with the tender wins. It will be nice to see another vehicle type operating from here.
