Yes but if it's on the road it must be taxed like 4595/6 so could possibly enter service, whether it does or not is another matter.

Each depot has insurance trade plates , so not necessarily.
Would they be used for driver training on the road though? Unless it was just parked up for drivers to familiarise.
4609 is taxed but is only to be used for driver training purposes as there are still drivers who have yet to have training on them as drivers who haven't had training will not be allowed to drive them.

Well wasnt there a rumour that runcorn was going to get more gas buses or was that alls it was a rumour as if it where st helens could of took there cadets to replace most of the X reg stuff and if speke get more deckers then could take some commanders as well.
