Avon Service 77 - Due to operational difficulties the following Avon 77 services will not operate today -16:26 & 18:26 from Birkenhead/1554 & 1754 from Heswall/ 1626 & 1826 from Birkenhead Bus Station.
Avon service 88 - Owing to operational difficulties the following Avon 88 services will not operate today. 1658 Heswall to West Kirby. 15:28 & 1728 West Kirby to Heswall.
Avon Services 10/10A - Due to operational difficulties the following Avon 10/10A services will not operate today -11:05, 12:35 & 14:05 from New Brighton/ 10:17, 11:50 & 13:17 from Arrowe Park Hospital

There shouldn't be a surprise as they could cope a few weeks ago let alone with new services and demands added! It's not rocket science. Merseytravel are equally culprit-able.
Its not as if there is many operators left to pick up Merseytravel work , over the years so many operators have ceased trading pushing.
Arriva and Stagecoach are so engrossed in there very lucrative daytime and evening commercial work they do not really want to take contracted work up unless its in there favour to do the work.
Link Network, A2B, Helms of Eastham, Cumfybus, Hattons, HTL. Fair few companies here. Red Kite could jump in I know they currently do only schools but emergency for a few days wouldnt hurt. Plenty of comapnies that could take on the work for a week.
Link Network have not shown any interest in Tenders and i can assure you Red Kite have no interest in public service work
With the likes of the smaller companies it may not always be possible to take on work as they may have used all there operating discs on the work they have already .
On the positive side, no notified cancellations today and yes I know it's the weekend but it's a far better picture than a few weeks ago when there were daily cancellations.
