Interesting. A number of ex-Merseyside 55 plate Darts has recently been sold to Ensign. I wonder if any of them will make the trip back up to Merseyside.
Anyone know what route Avons new 91/92 services will take?

avon buses slowly making their way to liverpool i see, how big is their depot (guessing they only have 1) and how many buses could it hold?

it's mad looking back when Avon first expanded into Liverpool with the 122 and 183/184 and now they have a fairly decent presence in Liverpool with their routes (18, 57, 83, 122, 135, 144, 202, 204 and 235) and yet route 23 is to be introduced from town to Fazakerley.
It's pretty weird that the 202 now only operates hourly in one direction (towards Broadgreen Hospital only), but anyway it doesn't make much odds.
I wonder if any of them routes could be Chopped/Changed in the upcoming Bus Reviews
The 202 can only operate in one direction, the variation is that it serves Lawrence Road, which is only one way at one end.
Avon have purchased 2 double deckers, Y173/174NLK. Presume for schools, Avon have commercialised the morning Hilbre 628 services from the 23rd. The new buses could also be for the Wirral Grammar services which currently has a 5 bus convoy of single deckers
Did SF04VTA actually get aquired for spares or service..seen a photo on facebook last year of it in Avons yard but not heard anything since and not seen it on the road either
