Im sure it used to be that, ive seen pictures on Flickr of the 39 displaying West Kirby & Poulton Lancelyn.

If i remember correctly around 2007 there was a 39 that went from Liverpool - Liscard via Birkenhead, Claughton, Moreton Cross, Leasowe & Wallasey Village...

From the 13th October.

164 / 165 Woodside - New Ferry will be operated without subsidy by Avon.

411 Woodside - New Brighton will also be operated without subsidy by Avon.

Avon will also operate the 39c , 107 , 203 , 207 , 208

It is interesting to see that Avon have decided to commercialise the 164 and 165, from recent observations that service doesn't look like it is all that busy, at the end of the day there must be a reason behind it.
The 19:40 411 from New Brighton didn't show-up tonight and wasn't seen heading into New Brighton when my late 410 was leaving, however 156 was on the 20:12 411 from Birkenhead Bus Station to New Brighton - running on-time...

Probably so they don't lose the work to anybody again , does make Merseytravel's job that much easier on the Wirral , Less services requiring tenders to be sought for .
Spotted the V-ERG dart finally out toady on the 83/83A
Believe the 2nd one is due for MOT this later week
I think the work that they won and subsequently commercialised probably required extra vehicles to operate and the Impera vehicles just happened to be available , good luck Avon most of that work was subsidised for a reason namely a lack of fare paying passengers .

Are these V-ERG Darts the 11.3M versions from Go North East?
Just wondering as that V-ERG lot is quite a varied batch.

Thanks
