It will be 151 (KP51 UFK) the first one painted and ready for the road
I've managed to sample a few Avon buses over the past few days...

Thursday:
822 on the 20:30 495 journey between Birkenhead and Noctorum (lovely, smooth bus - only main issue was the dim interior lights!)

Today:
127 on the 17:15 18 journey between Birkenhead and Moreton (generally, not a bad bus)
151 on the 16:33 80 journey between Arrowe Park Hospital and Woodside (lovely, smooth runner - although it had an occasional gearbox jolt between second and third)
254 on the 14:35 10A journey between New Brighton and Noctorum (quite a rough, rattly ride with strong engine fumes at the back)
356 on the 18:40 411 journey between Birkenhead and Woodside (a few vibrations and a cold interior with damp seats, but quite a smooth runner...)
509 on the 15:37 10 journey between Noctorum and Arrowe Park (water leaking through the roof, sluggish and a few vibrations)
548 on the 17:06 90 journey between Woodside and Birkenhead (a "mix-and-match" interior, but not a bad runner)
840 on the 13:30 10A journey between Noctorum and New Brighton (not a bad runner, but a bit sluggish)

Without wanting to pinpoint specific journeys, as I understand that Avon have taken-on a lot of work recently which could justify the problem in some way, shape or form, a mutual comment among most of my journeys was late-running.
Some of there commercial work is very tightly timed , but some of the times on the commercial work were times brought over from when they was tendered work , to enable them to use the same amount of vehicles , any slackening may have required an extra vehicle to be needed .
The 2nd ex imperia dart is now in service numbered 252, unsure on reg, interestingly was on the 22 today.
Meanwhile, the latest withdrawal is Marshall S512KFL

It's KU52 YLB if im not mistaking, i hope to get on one of these ex Impera darts soon, i still havent seen KP51 UFK yet...
Rode on the Plaxton Primo today and what an awful bus! Rattles on idle, very loud hissing sound from gearbox, urban 90 seats rock solid and too small for 83A route.

Wish they sold it and kept S512 KFL!
I always thought the Plaxton primo was the bus of choice for the 90 due to its short wheelbase , useful in some locations on that route .

it can be anything on the 90 now as it runs off a early morning 208 service
I managed to sample some more Avon buses yesterday (can't remember times):
124 on the 18 (a replacement for 213 which failed in the morning on the service) from Birkenhead to Moreton (a bit sluggish, but quite smooth and sounded nice)
151 on the 40 from Birkenhead to Laird Street (lovely - sounded great and was smooth, with the occasional rough gear-change)
156/256/356 on the 81 twice from Arrowe Park to Woodchurch Road and Woodside respectively (whichever one it was - fine)
156/256/356 on the 40 from Laird Street to Birkenhead (whichever one it was - fine)
187 on the 80 from Arrowe Park to Birkenhead (sounded odd, but was smooth and comfortable)
252 on the 293 from Birkenhead to Arrowe Park (lovely - smooth and nice-sounding)
246 on the 10 from Arrowe Park to New Brighton (sluggish, rattly and odd-sounding with some fumes at the back)
355 on the 293 from West Kirby to Arrowe Park (quite nice, but cold interior)
486 on the 80 from Woodchurch Road to Birkenhead (not too bad)
507 on the 77 from Woodside to West Kirby (fine)
511 on the 11 from New Brighton to Arrowe Park (sluggish, but not too bad - nice interior)
922 on the 10 from Liscard to Arrowe Park (sluggish, rattly and rough through its gears, although I liked its interior)
