On the 82, I think it needs a 4th bus in the afternoon. There will be 2 buses out on the normal route. Plus 1 on the 82C dupe and then a bus doing the 16:50 to Rudheath unless a bus can get from Chester to Northwich within 25 minutes.

Also on the 88/89, there is no Altrincham starter. It starts in Wilmslow at 06:25

If Wincham is down 1 bus overall with the loss of the 288, as long as they aren't short on drivers, it would make sense for them to take on one of the 82 bus duties so then overall, the PVR is no better or worse off and it helps to move the 82 back to Wincham reducing dead millage.
Looks to be a couple of unusual allocations today small Enviro 53 is on the 82 and Versa 29 is on the 108/109.
D&G run the St John Deans to Bunbury. Currently worked by a bus that goes onto 288s

Also Solo 45 was on the 288.
Versa 29 T23TYB is a recent addition to D&G fleet as it used to be with Centrebus and recently its been with High Peak and it's allocated to the Depot at Adderley Green so can be used on virtually any route out of that Depot.

So that must mean in the morning as well as the empty movements from Crewe to Chester and Northwich for the 82, there's an empty movement from Wincham to South Cheshire for that service. Then mid-afternoon when one of the vehicles off the 82 goes back to Crewe and the vehicle off the 319 moves from Sandbach to Northwich, there'll also be an empty movement from South Cheshire back to Wincham.

Looking at the fleet list I'm surprised it's not been given fleet number 23 to be consistent with the other vehicles with T registrations. Does the registration indicate that it's an ex-Bournemouth vehicle, like the others with T registrations?

But not the first time that vehicle has been on the 288, as the last time I used the 288 (in October 2019) that bus was the one I caught. The proportion of the Wincham fleet which is Solos has been constantly going up and down for a long time.

Yesterday 35 was tracking as 34, today 34 tracking is showing the bus is on both the 38 and 88, so I guess the same thing is happening again. It might be one the Enviros with reg starting SL64 is tracking as 35 as only one is tracking as in use today and two of them having tracked this week.
For a time Wincham was without any Solos. They returned when Enviro200s were being damaged grounding in Alderley Park on 130s Only 53 and 54 were affected but Enviro200s were then banned in favour of Solos. Most Wincham drivers prefer Solos as they ride better and are much warmer as the majority of short Enviro200s have no saloon heating fitted whereas Solos have heater blowers at the rear.

32 was on the 13:57 Knutsford to Macclesfield while 35 was on the 11:02 Knutsford to Northwich. Therefore, 32 is tracking as 35 and 35 is tracking as 34.

Also Streetlite 155 turned up at Knutsford bus station just before 2pm.
