November PSVC shows an increase from 75 to 100 discs on the WMTA licence.

Rumor this morning that D&G have bought Arriva Cannock, Is there any truth in this?

D&G website saying most Cheshire services will operate to Saturday services between Christmas and New Year this year, normally they operate to weekday services with an earlier shutdown on both Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

That presumably explains the increase in discs mentioned in this months PSV circle n/s - I don't recall seeing it in N&P.

Out of curiosity does anyone know what services does the Arriva Cannock Depot operate, does it interstate with the D&G Staffordshire network

If you look on Bus Times for Stafford apart from 5 Telford-Stafford Cannock Depot operate the local Arriva Midlands North services in/around Stafford area.

They also operate the services between Stafford-Cannock and Stafford-Litchfield plus obviously all of the Cannock local services and the Cannock-Litchfield services.

Also they operate the Cannock-Walsall services.

As you can see a rather large operating area.

Using Bus Times yesterday i counted 59 Buses allocated there
