33174 broken down at Ashton bus stn exit today and this big recovery truck came though they would have used 97014
MAN (think it was something like 22819) on the 142 this afternoon.

I noticed that as well today. It had been on taxi duties but failed to go into gear when the traffic lights turned green.
Apparently all recovery work is contracted out now, I've not seen 97014 recover a vehicle for a while unless its still used around Stockport.
All the best buses, get transferred to Scotland.
To me, they were the most awful buses ever made, with the purple leather seats.
