Interesting. Definitely going to hunt this down where I failed with 80023

Cant miss 10031 with the wifi stickers on both sides.

Does anybody know why it's actually here? I was under the impression it's a standard Enviro400 the same as the Manchester ones.

Probably after the 'o' license,ticket machine and probably radio have been fitted.

A handful of brand new London bound Enviro400's stopped by at Wigan depot this morning for fuel on their way down.
