As for 345, the main factor is which buses risk the least damage scraping the uneven raised kerb when turning right into Town Lane - or has that finally been fixed after many years?
The 183's school bus rund happilly and regularly with an Enviro200 Dart, the MAN's normally used are generally under capacity.

They have got four more seats and more standing room. When Haughton Green was served by a proper service (204) from Manchester, instead of the current Guided tour of east Manchester ("here's Gorton Monastry, there's where Shameless was filmed, that's St. Marks Church where Ardwick FC was born" etc), MANs normally left Piccadilly in the evening peak with 70 people crammed on.
It's actually quite surprising that when MANs were the mainstay of the 236/237 they seemed to cope a lot better capacity wise than the current Enviro200's despite the 4 seat difference.
I don't think the 183 has ever had Enviro400's allocated on a regular basis, it's always been MANs and the odd Enviro200 although before AZ took over the majority of Saturday 231's from HE a while ago it was quite common to find an Enviro400 allocated to 183 on a Saturday when they obviously had a few spare deckers.

345 had it route reversed in denton in the summer now runs stockport rd, town lane, circular rd, pendle rd back on to stockport rd (anti clockwise eff 30/8/15)

It spent 30 years or so running clockwise round Circular Road estate, so didn't have to negotiate this broken kerb. Unless Denton's motorists have got more considerate recently, I would imagine it has to wait ages for a gap to make that right turn as well!
feedback from tfgm is positive re timekeeping improved and accessability round pendle rd. so operator n tfgm happy with it just a few pass moan because they have to get it from the other side of the road even though the bus stops locations havent moved
Does anyone know what happened to former Hyde Road Magic 17649?
