Very good change though, it'll be good to see as these are big areas of Wrexham left without a service at all.

Correct me if im wrong but wasnt 42/44 last ran by GHA Coaches?
Its not public information as of yet, the areas actually do still get serviced by Valentines on the TL1/2/3
The 42/44 were originally GHA routes yes, they then passed onto D Jones following the ceasing of GHA, they were then operated by EasyCoach for the short period they existed following the loss of D Jones, then operated by Arriva for a short period of time before they were cut.

Will Wrexham Depot get more Buses for these Services and is it a Commercial Operation or Contracted?

I'd like to hope so, i'd presume it'll be our original Solos back from Winsford or the former London Enviro 200s either way it'll require Midibuses, so we'll have to wait and see!
Chester based 4405 is currently on 'emergency' loan to Wrexham and is out working on the 1 Wrexham to Chester.
691 is now back here from Winsford depot.
Optare Solo CX57CYP (0661) is currently on loan here from Runcorn.
VDL Cadet 2633 is now here on loan.
