915 LJ51 DCX has broke down and is parked up in a bus stop in Ponciau while on route 3.. There was a severe grinding noise coming from the rear wheel.. 2 fitters turned up in a van, had a look under the rear of the bus, removed the ticket machine, locked the bus and drove off in their van. I guess there will be a recovery truck here soon.
Edit: Recovery truck towed 915 away at 16.40 after engineers spent some time under the rear of the bus.
Tonight's Dart's On Route 1
0813 : T65 JBA
0823 : V553 ECC
0914 : LJ51 DCU
0848 : Y548 UJC
Not Very good Seeming As The Other 3 Apart From 0914 Should be PDL's
I agree, especially when Pulsars sit in the depot unused too. I'd be interested to know the difference in fuel consumption between the Pulsars and the PDLs actually, because aside from that, I see no reason why the much newer Pulsars should sit in the depot whilst the PDLs go out into the evening.
i say bring 816 back to bangor and junction
where she belongs
Y39TDA 879 should be coming to Wrexham shortly once its had work done at St.helens
Right hello guys no posts on here for a while
well ive had some information that DLA101 (T301FGN - 4061) Is no longer to be set for Route 1 it has been said that it has not been performing very well on the route 1 and has had some test's on route (Diagram) 3/4/32/33 And Passed the test the vehicle will from now on run them routes and no longer route one after its had some slight changes made to it the replacement being that 2513 - CX05AAN is been fully repaired AGAIN and to be used on route one as the replacement of 4061
4061 has been off with a blown gearbox which imploded in Chester last week mate - don't think it'll have been in any state to go on test runs!
As for 2513, it'll be interesting to see what happens with it as it was indeed intended to be a backup for the 1 operating certain locals at other times but, with the X94 looking likely to return to Wrexham in the near-ish future, it may well see that again yet! We'll see anyhow!
The X94 Returns to wrexham in December and Doggelau will now be our outstation
also Y39TDA 0879 is present at Caego but is Aberystwyth bound..Due to the S-SNB's not performing to Well..
Also T301 FGN (4061 / DLA101) Was out again on Route 1 After me mentioning 3/4/32/33 Well see what happens in the near future also 4061 Has a lack of speed compared to how it used to be
