Would make sense to have also reviewed the 42 service or boosting the 41 service is it had been possible, EasyCoach have spotted a gap and have registered the 42 service now to start end of June.

Most of the MPDs are still there in store.

Update on 2801/02, another quick look yesterday has found these stored in against the far north-westerly fence (location where the stored buses used to park in the past).

I see more Mercedes-Benz click van things have appeared in the compound.
Just over 5 years (29th April 2013) since the launch of Sapphire on service 1. Was interesting to read some of the posts from around that time earlier. Think it’s fair to say that it has been a huge success. Would be interesting to compare passenger figures from then to now but can only imagine they’ve gone up significantly.
There are posters up in the Travel Office in Wrexham Bus Station with the following information with service changes from 17th June:

Notable is the 5 to Llangollen is going back to every 30 minutes and serving Ruabon Station with the 3/4/4A Penycae retimed to probably fit in with the flow south of Wrexham.

The 32/33 Llay services see the frequency change from 15 to 20 minutes, the 32 withdrawn and 33 on the 20 minute cycle.

The 41 Industrial Estate renumbered 41A.

Poster took from phone attached.

Good for the 5, very good indeed.

Awful decisions with the 32/33

and another awful decision on taking the 4 out of Bersham, people were actually happy with it.

They do all the right things then it goes to c**k

Will this affect the PVR as more vehicles might be required with increases to the 5

The 5 is a very welcome change, 30 minute frequency and more clockface is much better.

The Llay services do not appear to be as busy as they were years ago so the drop to a 20 minute frequency does make sense in that respect.

This was needed for the 5 a long time ago however i have to strongly disagree with the Llay changes they actually do well for pax all day but the service changes is going to cause mayhem in peak.
DAF DB250LF Plaxton President 4174 is here although in the compound so either withdrawn for spares on 4182 or not ready for Service.
