Had 4418 on the 413 this morning, rather a surprising allocation. This bus makes an awful, high-pitched scream when accelerating and seems to struggle for acceleration somewhat. Pulsar 3124 was a nice ride though.

4418 is in my opinion the best Enviro at Laird St (I hate the things too) GL Pulsar 2675 on 410.
Can anybody confirm if 819 has been withdrawn, or awaiting minor repairs? Kind thanks in advance.

It is one of the best, very fast off the mark, 507009 must have caught it on a bad day.

2551 on 464 today.
Nope, 4418 has been making the same wailing noise for months. Absolutely awful sitting downstairs at the rear.

I doubt its been withdrawn considering its the most reliable of the duo.
4418's 'whining' gives it a bit of character. If 819 is withdrawn a replacement would have t be brought in.
Nice to see 2424 back out in service yesterday, after its nasty accident, was out on the 409
