Posts earlier in the thread confirm this vehicle is Bolton bound, merely at Laird St for driver familiarisation purposes.
I wonder if anyone has contacted Arriva to tell them they've got two :huh:buses in their fleet with the same fleet number?
4408, which I understand is due to depart Birkenhead imminently, remains in service at the depot and interestingly saw use on the 2 today. It departed Liverpool at 17.38 working to Ellesmere Port, loaded very lightly indeed beyond Birkenhead Bus Station. It seems odd allocating it here when Pulsars 3125 and 3129 were in use all day on the 464 and 432/3/7 respectively. The bus itself is one of the poorest of this batch, riding badly including a loud rattle from the destination box and features a smelly interior. This bus will certainly benefit a lot from the Sapphire transformation.
Neither of the latest DLA arrivals at Birkenhead were in use, both parked up inside the depot looking nearly ready to go into traffic. With only 18 Enviros left, substitutes on the 432/3/7 corridor are now inevitable, with DLAs 4141 and 4143 joining the aforementioned Pulsar on the route today. MPD 819 was on the 492/495, 2436 on the 410 and 4038 was a lunchtime substitute onto the 419.
Unseen Enviros today were 4410 and 4417, so there might be a chance 4410 has left instead of 4408.
There's now 3 Hybrids parked at the back of Laird Street - no details, unfortunately, as you don't get the opportunity from the top deck of a 437.
pulsar, think it was 3130, made it onto the 419s today.
Also 3005 out on the 487. I managed to ride 2426 today on the 487, very poor indeed and struggled to get to 30 with a nearly full load.
It appears the borderlands line went down today - noted 2445 on railreplacements heading down liverpool road in neston at around 1355.

There was one parked at the front of depot around 12pm with no registration plate, i assume the other 2/3 dont have them either
Myllennium 2456 is back on the road again, and is on the 410 today. This will probably move to Speke eventually, however due to a bus shortage it is having some extra time in Laird Street.
Went past LS a couple of times this afternoon -didn't see any sign of any hybrids.
Three Enviros were off the 432/433/437 route today with 4400 on the 464 and 4409/4416 on the 407/472. While this obviously isn't rare on the whole, it is less common following the departures of several of the batch and quite surprising to see. Assuming 4410 has departed (I haven't seen it for a few days now) then at least five alternative buses were required for the 432/433/437 today. Three VLWs and a Y-ABA were on there but I didn't notice a fifth.
2456 didn't last long on the 410 either - it was subbed off and back inside Birkenhead depot by 16.00.
I saw Y46 And 8 ABA, So that makes the 5, Although whether 4000 Was only put on at 4:30 when I saw it in Birkenhead Liverpool 437 Bound, I'm not sure
