hope 2249 is a permanent transfer, i havent been on an X-HJA Dart since they first came to LS a very long time ago...

Presumably if you had enough time to notice the service number/destination display, i would imagine you would have also noticed whether it had a large climate control system on the roof or not?
Not surprisingly today's rails were pretty well all hybrids.

Nope i was not taking that much intrest as was tierd and going home from A busy day at MTT Running Day...

All I seen was A Pointer 2 with 119 on back dest and people on it but reading now it may have been 2249 i just persumed it was a MPD
Are the newer pulsar 2's becoming standard on the 2 now at least 4 are on the 2 today
2249 was on the 36 in St Helens today. It was also in service in St Helens mid week last week so whatever time it spend at Birkenhead was minimal.
2249 was only there to cover for buses being used on rails on saturday as it was parked in st helens depot when i got in this morning with 407 moreton on the dests.

I seen two 12 plate pulsars today one on a 403 and another on a 495...

It probably explains why i seen quite a few 58/59 plate pulsars on the 410 today...
There was someone from arriva in Cook Street this afternoon doing a survey on the congestion that often occurs there due to the lack of space. I've noticed since Stagecoach changed the 19 service, these are often seen laying over there too.
