Laird Street's LED displays where once again reprogrammed last night back to the "chunky" layout before the last change as many errors where found with the last update such as "Wallasey Villiage" and the 118 displaying "188" on the rear display.

At first i thought is was for rail replacement but arriva wales do the rail replacement for the Wrexham train...

Possibly a vehicle exchange taking a bus off another route.
I know LS do some emergency rail replacement work for the bidston - wrexham line but scheduled rail work for that line is as you say Wrexham.

On another note 2445 had a window bricked last night on a 119, and i'm told another bus got bricked on a 423 shortly before it.

A double decker is never used for a rail replacement on the Bidston - wrexham line due to a low bridge in Wales , the operator of rail replacements varies as the procurement of buses for this service is made by Arriva Trains Wales control in Cardiff .

Let's hope they've reinstated the rear route number display on the Pulsars

And of course the low bridge on Liverpool road in Neston - its routed to go down there too!
Bolton's W174CDN, V34/35ENC parked in Laird Street today, pics to follow later.
Saw fleet number 4502 and 4514 on two different buses today in laird st 4502 end reg was aff and afj and 4514 regs were acz and acy, anybody know what the correct fleet numbers should have been please

Reference URL's
