Apparently the veichles they are purchasing are all ready made and ready for sale due to them being dealer stock that was made during lockdown for onward sale afterwards.
Arriva have asked for the insides to be changed into there own interior colours which won't take as long as building a full bus from scratch to arriva spec hence they bought the streetlites and streetdecks.

What seating capacity will the Streetlites have?

From a posting in the Arriva North West & Wales enthusiasts group on Facebook, the Enviro200's here (2159-2166) are leaving the area imminently with a couple to Yorkshire & others back down south, seems Enviro400's from Speke will be the replacements.....

I did have a feeling that they were stopgaps to cover the Pulsars that went to Runcorn to cover the PVR increase I wonder if anything will be replacing the deckers at Speke?

I wonder whether there is an intention to transfer Volvo B5LHs from Green Lane to Speke, starting when the 10 StreetDecks arrive in January?
2622 and 2624 are leaving Southport Depot for Birkenhead for a bit until they go to Hertfordshire 2587 is withdrawn end of a era for commanders at Southport
Just to add to the above posts......
Today is the last day in service for the 8 ex-London Enviro200s 2159-2166 if anybody wants them- most should be in service in Southport routes 44, 46 and 49.
A swap is happening tomorrow where 7 or 8 Enviro400s will arrive from Speke initially on loan before transfer and 4 of the Enviro200s go in the opposite directing for storage before their return south.
2159 and 2165 are the 2 earmarked for loan to Yorkshire for the former Tiger operation, Team Pennine before their onward transfer.
The last 2 will stay for new MOTs before leaving but will not see any more service here.
With 2622 and 2624 leaving it ends some 27 years operation of the Wrights Classic design in Southport which began in September 1994 with Volvo B10Bs 6514-6516 M514-516WHF.. The late, lamented Leyland National only managed 25 years from 1974-1999 so some great has been achieved by this design.

I know 'bustimes' cannot be relied upon all the time, however of note is that all of Speke's 4565-4571 are all showing as out of use today.....
