I managed to get a photo of 7653 on the 47 last Thursday:

2243 is on the road here now and 3044 is back in service after repair.

I was quite surprised at the low standard of the repair. It does not look good. Was it repaired in-house because St Helens are so busy at the moment?
Of the six buses required on the 300 today, four were Plaxton Darts (one was 2248, not sure what the others were). I'm rather hoping that this isn't going to become the norm.

2244 I was unlucky enough to catch it
Spare a thought for passengers going long-distance on that route! Urban 90 seats are totally unsuitable for the 300 in my opinion.
I hope plaxtons are going to be regular on there now

I totally agree, the only types of routes that Urban 90's are suitable for are city and town running, certainly not longer distance interurban running.

Just out of interest, are you a regular on 300's, as if you are you would be the only person to want these heaps on that route all of the time. Take a cushion with you for your backside to sit on otherwise it will become numb.
I am not regular but use the 300 a lot much nicer than B10BLE's but thats my opinion as im a big dart fan
