One of our 'new' Darts (2237 I think, but as I was driving 3079 at the time I couldn't ID it properly) was playing out on the 47/8 today. I'm not sure if it was allocated to a full board or was just deputising for a failed Pulsar.
2237 was out on 68 just two days ago, if it was that it must have only just moved.
My friend saw 2239 on the 47/48 yesterday, so it was probably that instead of 2237. Hard luck to anyone who hopped on that for a long journey with those seats.

Heard the van driver had a heart attack and ploughed into the bus .

This incident is now reported in the Echo and yes it would appear that you are correct about the van driver having a heart attack.

I agree. There's quite a lot of Southport-based members on this forum, so it certainly seems sensible to, at least, sympathise before asking for a photo of the accident...
My thoughts are with all who've been affected by the accident.
