That would be a regular who is kind of an enthusiast if its the one im thinking of.
Is WU04 JYT one of HTL's? It appears to be of the same type that they currently favour for their Merseylink vehicles, but I haven't seen it before nor heard mention of it.

(It was on stand 6 in Liverpool One Bus Station around 12:45 today).
Yes it arrived last week and came from the London area.

Just a flat battery. It is expected that YD63 VCG should return to service soon.
Nice to hear its only a battery issue as they spent quite a while trying to fix it
