Apparently L15 PPN's Chassis is also badly rotted

One option being considered is AY60 BVD donating parts to YJ60 GGF to get that Evolution on the road, GGF is currently on the pits being accessed so lets see..
Fiat Ducato BX15KBU has arrived from Watermill Coaches, Aberdeen.
There was a turquoise Fiat on Queens Drive the other day, can't remember the registration but it was plastered in Merseylink vinyls, so it's definetly one of HTLs, never seen it before however.

Out of curiousity, ahead of franchising being rolled out across the Liverpool City Region for next year, do HTL have any intentions to bid for the tranches? Reason why i'm asking as considering it's the only independent company left that seems to be holding up currently (since Hattons has been dead in the water for ages, and Cumfybus have been winding down over time and unlikely to remain in business by next year) - Reason why I'm asking is that it was mentioned on the Hattons thread that independent companies in the Bee Network area lost out badly to the major operators, which makes me wonder of the future regarding Merseyside independents come next year. Maybe the situation may be different compared to GM? Who knows.
A post elsewhere saying that HTL has been acquired by Tower Transit........any truth to it??? Presumably if it is, it's to gain a foothold for the forthcoming franchising??

I'd assume there'd be a company statement somewhere from HTL if it were to be true, the downside is their website hasn't been updated in quite a long time, and their Twitter activity is very infrequent. Maybe hearsay unless we get some proper clarification.

Tower Transit themselves haven't operated in over two years (they do have operations in Singapore) so the idea of the company randomly reviving its UK operations by acquiring a small operator in Merseyside feels unusual. (But, surprises can happen, i guess)

They operate on the Channel Islands. While not fully UK, Jersey and Guernsey aren't a million miles away.
