111 seems to see them at least semi-regularly. There was one on there last week when I was at the Junction.
I know there usually one on the 111 on a Saturday but this is the first instance as far as I know on a Sunday.
Nice big buses for a St Helens route today, 196/147 had Solo M880SR demo YJ11 OJK and Solo M7200SE-R YJ13 HJV!

Despite its VIN plate suggesting it has a Mercedes OM904 engine, it hasn't, it has a Cummins 6.7 litre, 6 cylinder engine and sounds quite a bit like a Pulsar/Enviro200!

The vehicle details for YJ11 OJK are:
Date of Liability 01 08 2014
Date of First Registration 01 08 2011
Year of Manufacture 2011
Cylinder Capacity (cc) 6700cc
CO₂ Emissions 0 g/km
Fuel Type HEAVY OIL
Export Marker N
Vehicle Status Licence Not Due
Vehicle Colour SILVER
Looks like there are a few Impera darts at HTL?

They're W568 JVV (ex-2568), X187 BNH (ex-2187) and KV03 ZGP (ex-2031). They're currently stored there pending onward travel to Dawsonrentals, who they were on a finance package (or whatever) with and haven't managed to sell as of yet (unlike, at least, five of its classmates to Avon Buses).
The Solo SR demo YJ11 OJK was on the 263 (Belle Vale - Halewood Circular) for most of today (and the morning 248/194) seen here in Hale in about the only few minutes of sun all day!

Other unusual allocations were of SN06 BMV on the 111 (Lea Green - Parr) while its usual bus DK04 SUH was on the Asda Free Bus and on the 196/147 lates.
All over white Sprinter BX12 DZG on 17B this afternoon.
HTL bus involved in an accident with a 10 year old boy on Speke Road, boy in a bad way at the scene. Thoughts with his family.

As a lot you know I do work for HTL, so I can only say that myself, all the management and employees of the company give their greatest sympathies to all involved in this very tragic accident.
All the vehicles have cctv don't they, which should confirm the circumstances around the accident. Looks just like a tragic accident from the pictures.
