Most Merseytravel contracts (both side of the river) have been put up for re tendered starting this September. Will be interesting to see what routes changes hands
A further Enviro 200 MMC to arrive is YW68OVY which was new to Johnson of Henley-in-Arden, it is slightly longer than YX18KNS.
I hear HTL are to lose some routes to Arriva, can somebody confirm this please? Thanks.

Anything about Arriva or anyone else is only rumours until it is made official via that website or via VOSA etc
Well it's easy to confirm from September HTL will not be operating at least the 897, 898, 899, 3/3A, 166/188, 133, 167, 144 & 135 that I know of and of those some of those services will be operated by Arriva, as far as I know of those listed there only the 133, 135 & 167 will be operated by another operator - which I cannot confirm.

Unofficially Arriva may be operationg them but there nothing official to state this yet its all rumours until something official from either a operator or merseytravel etc
Anything can change before official anouncement in August
It's hardly a rumour when the management have told the drivers of those services exactly who is taking those services on and on top of that sources within Arriva also confirm that information on the same basis.

I understand where your coming from it may be knowledge within the companies what ai mean its still not public knowledge, sorry for confusion
Anyway a further Mellor bodied Fiat Ducato for Merseylink work is PO15AEA.
Does anyone know if the 188 is being withdrawn?
Seen a note on the timetable in the New Mersey Retail bus stop saying it will be withdrawn from 18th July 2022.
Haven’t seen anything about this online or anywhere else so makes me sceptical
