There was a Sprinter on the 56 last Sunday too due to the unavailability of other buses. They really are a last resort for those services, at the very least it is preferable to no bus running at all.

V980 XUB appeared on the 30/30A for a trip and a half and was replaced by YD63 VCE at Aintree Station which had just itself been replaced by YD63 VCA.

Do the 30/30A work the way the 210/250 used to? Whereby if a bus came into Maghull on a 210 it would go back out to Liverpool on a 250. Thanks.

They do, buses will do a 30 from Dingle - Ashworth - Dingle and then become a 30A and vice versa.

Thanks for that. An Enviro 200 was on the 30 last night couldnt see which one it was though. Was nice to see an Enviro in Maghull again was so used to seeing them around when Ace had the Maghull circulars.

That Enviro was replaced at some point by YD63 VCC I think, the Enviros are still not programmed for the 30/30A so that's why of late J8 HTL has been allocated to that duty.

V980 XUB and SN06 BMV were on the 135 tonight in place of YJ11 EKH/L.
