I might be wrong but I thought a 14 seater isnt bound by the normal dda rules anyway, so the only dda related breach would be if the contract specified a dda bus, not related to its general use as a bus.

No, these were all withdrawn just under 3 years ago after the 63 reg Solos arrived - This was three years ago yesterday as I was the first person to drive YD63VCC in service on 6th December 2013 after it arrived earlier that morning!

BX14 LDD noted today on the M1 southbound at Kegworth.

On line sources give this as a HTL vehicle, is this correct?

It's been with numerous operators since such as OTS, McNairn and First Aberdeen
Something previously unmentioned here but P7 HTL which was involved in a heavy rear end shunt back in May has been re registered to YJ12 GXR and has subsequently been sold for scrap as the cost of repair was not viable.
Was that one of the longer pair? Any news on J8HTL after its crash in woolton as it was last seen at Arriva St.helens
Yes it was, J8 HTL has been back at the depot but has since gone away for repair.
