Do you have a link to the photo? =)
I hope they pay the driver quite a bit extra to do those hours!
4129 was involved in a collision on Allerton Road at around 12pm on Thursday when operating an 86 towards Liverpool.

The accident was at the junction of Allerton Road/Queens Drive with a white BMW turning right (into Queens Drive) in front of the bus.

Not sure exactly what happened as I just saw the aftermath but that will be why 4129 is in need of repair!

Thanks for clearing that up Steve.

A couple of odd ones from Speke today, including 3332 on the 86, 2592 on the 79 and 4451 on the 76.

Had a ride on 3332 for the first time in a while just to remember the occasions on which I rode the 86B home as a bit of a change from the vastly, vastly superior B7s. The Olympian was awful - slow despite being apparently being flat out right the way through the journey, terribly crashy and rough over all roads and grim, dark and tired internally. Comparing R-WVRs with the B7s is like comparing Hackney with Mayfair - one is superior by a massive margin. There are a few good examples in the R-WVR batch (3309 and 3315 for two) but both of Speke's are appalling in all departments. I still can't believe two DLAs weren't retained ahead of these complete and utter heaps. It's just embarrassing for Arriva to have these substituting for a high-specification and all-around excellent double decker in the B7TLs.

By way of comparison, I also had 4125 and 4458 today and both were simply excellent.
Gemini 4451 was on the 78 today. First time that I personally have seen one on the route.
2462 is on 79D lates tonight.
Apparently 2800 is at Speke for repair work and apparently a pulsar came to Speke today on loan and was on the 81s but has now gone back to its own depot.
Forgot to post that 4126 is at St Helens for P+P but it should be back anyday now as it went 2 weeks ago.
