Does anybody know any info about
How 2597 was damaged
I also suspect that will be the latest commander to be given a full refurb and painted into the new standard livery (interurban)
It's alright, don't ask if anyone was hurt etc just care about the bus...
Haha I know the people must be alright otherwise it would have been seen on the news plus nobody would know if anyone was ok and that is one of my favourite commanders lol just wondering what happened
(28/05/2013 23:24)CX06BKG2602 Wrote: [ -> ]2404 V404 ENC and 2414 V414 ENC were both at speke garage due to two of the Volvo B7TL's and Possibly one VDL Sb200 Commander in for Refurbishment. As you know we had a dennis dart here last week that was on the 79 and 80 services that is now back at green lane. From what I have heard the 2 ENC's will be heading back soon and if the Refurbed buses aren't back on time we could have some more coming out way.
Look out for something interesting in arriva speke because it is possible we could have some more loans in the very near future
Buses from GL were used due to one of the managers of GL moving over to Speke Depot, and due to the fact GL are currently in excess buses, hence withdrawing and displacing stock.
All 4 of the ex-Blue bus fleet are currently not in use.
All "Strange" buses at Speke are loans and should be returning to their original depot, or otherwise. They are only here during the refurbishment program. The DLA's will probably stay until this is complete and then be off for scrap, along with the remaining 1998/1999 DAF stock, replaced by the 2002 reg Plaxton Presidents rumored for the North West
Why thank you mr Rhys didn't know that was the reason I was just told by one
Of the drivers
4157 on the 82 again
4478 on the 76
2457 on the 500
2601 on the 82
There was a crash between a bus on a car on the radio on Speke Boulevard on Monday afternoon I think it was, but no reports of which one/operator or how bad...suppose it could have been this one
Hope all involved in 2597s crash were ok anyone know when and where it happened?
3313 is on the 699 today while 4113 is a welcome visitor to the 82.
Mark Haldon reports on yahoo groups that 2597 may have been the bus involved in an RTA with a car in speke on tuesday which would have suggest it to have been working 80/80A/81 at the time.

I'd love to know if 3313 (R313 WVR) is out this afternoon as today is MOST DEFINITELY its last day with Arriva!
Road tax expires midnight and -of course- tomorrow marks its 15th birthday (new as MTL 0313 on 1st June 1998).
If you don't get your last ride today, you may have left it too late...
