Ah, so it has now transferred then. 1492 is now a Darlington vehicle, due to transfer over once 1923 arrived back at Stockton from Ashington after minor repairs. As such, 7521 should now have transferred to Ashington. Two more Enviro400s are due to leave Darlington at the weekend but to Jesmond rather than Ashington (initially) to allow B7TL 7445 /6 to move to Darlington to spend the rest of the United Centenary Year serving the southern part of the division.
1492 was taken off service 15 around 4pm yesterday afternoon in Stockton (replaced with a Prestige). Thought it might be because it was off to Darlo.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that Stockton Cadet 1909 was running around on Redcar service 63 yesterday. Temsa 4717 was also back in service, seen on the 63 today (along with Dart 1621 back on the road!)

That explains 4048 being on the 15 yesterday then.
Centro 1923 entered service on the 17/a/b today, working the same duty as 1924 did last Saturday (1830 finish in Stockton).
Odd working on the 5a today, with 15-branded 1490 making an appearance on the even hour departures from Middlesbrough, which in effect means it will have operated the 1815 X1 to Durham and the 1930 return.
Also reported was the appearance of Redcar Pulsar 1432 on Stockton's 28/30.
Nexus Buses Solos were all over the place today, with
2801 on the 306 while two more were out on the 45 and 55.
Some information regarding the changes that came into effect today and those that offically start tomorrow:
The 22 and 23 will no longer interwork in Hartlepool, the 23 will stand alone with a PVR of 5. As I understand it, Sunderland Interchange will be the service's main hub for changeovers. Both the 22 and 24 will require 6 buses.
Durham will revert to operating just 5 turns on the X1/X2 with Stockton regain one working to maintain PVR levels at the depot (21a goes down by 1 to 3 with the withdrawal of the 31a). Evening/late night X1s will now be entirely operated by Durham depot, with all Durham workings being Decker operated (presumably 7618/9/26/7 and either a Trident or Lowlander). Stockton will contiune to operate the Sunday services (information from Mark Gibbon on arrivane Yahoo Group)
And now the sad news (thanks to Ian Wilson on the arrivane Yahoo Group) - the last Primsa 3007, which despite being withdrawn today was due to carry on in service, has finally fallen due to a brake problem.
Some notes from darlington as of the 28th October:
1760/91 are now here displacing 2838 up north
7445/7446 are now here, displacing 7516/7 up north
1617/8/38/51/53/54/55 to Durham
Service 5A and 7 Interwork on Evenings and sundays
All of the destination screens at darlington now scroll, and show the main places that they stop
There has been a major RTC on the A66 Eastbound in the Eston area involving a Temsa Avenue operating the X4 and a white Lorry. It seems the lorry has turned and smashed into the cab-site of the bus. The bus driver has been cut out of the cab and is on their way to hospital according to reports, with 8 passengers slightly injured or with whiplash.
Story here (should be updated later in the day)
Update - further photos of the Gazette website have confirmed the Temsa involved was 4704 (YJ59 BHV).
By the sounds of it that sounds a really nasty accident , do hope everybody onboard is ok .
