OmniCity 4659 has now moved from Darlingon to Stockton allowing 4660 to transfer to Jesmond. 4653 has moved to Durham to displace 4664 to Jesmond. The other planned OmniCity move (4654 from its loan at Redcar to Stockton to allow either 4661/2 to move to Jesmond) didn't take place due to 4654 being up at Whitby.

MPD 1755 replaced a broken down bus on the 5 before being swapped onto the 21a for 4038 (which will have also operated the 1750 17 to Thornaby).
1428 and 1650 were on the X66 yesterday, also an unidentified Scania was on the 7 at about 4.30

That Scania was 4659, which also did a 27 and a 5a earlier in the day. Today it was on the 9 until replaced by 4062.

Meanwhile, MPD 1753 was on the 27/a.
MPD 1753 was on the 21a today, and worked the 1915 28b to Nunthorpe in place of 1924 after a complexed swap which saw 1907 go onto the Easington-finishing 5Bs.

Meanwhile, 1756 was on the short 27 workings (xx25 and xx55 from Bus Station only do 27s) after originally intended for the 17 until it was discovered that it doesn't have Lockerbie Walk in the screen (instead 1922 worked short 17s). Pulsar 1459 was also out on short 17s.

OmniCity 4652 is now at Stockton ex-Redcar and was on the 9. Meanwhile, 4030/52 were both allocated to the 5 today however after an accident in Brotton delayed 4030, 4039 replaced that off the 5a with 4030 going onto the 5a instead.
Looks like arriva have won the battle of the 1s, cancelation to vosa for OK1.
Arriva have more buses per hour and an established network in south durham.X1 best one and no.6 look much busier now than 12 months ago.I reckon the extension of the 6 behond Bishop bus station has been a shrewd move by arriva. The ex london deckers look good on the road. Are Darlo gonna lose their omnicities?

Just the 5 they have already lost (4652/4/8/9 to Stockton, 4653 to Durham).
Blyth's Hybrid Gemini's, although branded for service 308, have appeared on the X10 & X11 lately.
4659 will be on its way to Whitby now on the last Stockton 5 working, having replaced 1924. 1901 was on the crew buggy this afternoon, while 4652 replaced 1917 on the X6 due to late running.
