Interesting, I wonder what they are doing to the 43? Hopefully just retiming certain journeys to make it more reliable.
X1 and X2 have been split in Durham, so will run standalone.
U1, not sure what has been changed on that, presumably something to do with new University term.
43 frequency has been increased to every 15 minutes!
Prestige 4030, the only vehicle at Stockton without a Hanover LED (indeed having Brightech screens) has now recieved a front Hanover LED.
Its been ugraded to every 15 minutes! Yes!!!!!!
Finally Arriva listen

Question here is, where does the extra vehicle needed to operate a 15 minutely 43 come from? The X1/X2 split the same day won't see the PVR of those routes change as you'll still need 9 (4 for the X2 and 5 for the X1). So, unless the 43 is profitable enough to justify the cost of an additional vehicle.
It would be easily financially sustainable to acquire another vehicle as on most Jo runes at peak times there's standing room and people left behind. Bearing in mind of course that Durhams afternoon peak starts at like 2pm. Also they have loads of vehicles spare so I see that one extra entering service daily won't make much of a difference.
