News on re-allocations and withdrawals as a result of the Northumbria * Tyneside Network changes next weekend:
Olympian 7365 will now go to Ashington instead of Jesmond
MPD 1702/9/22/8/40/1/50/9 are due to be stood down, though expect 1759 to be reallocated due to its age (only 9 years old compared to the 12 years of the year)
Also due for withdrawal are Striders 4537/8 and Olympians 7410-4/7
4077 Ikarus as also appared on the darlington town service 2 today being on it from start and looks to be finshing on it as well
Trident 7432 remains at Jesmond, noted on the 306 today with a newly fitted LED.

I did photo it, but don't have time tonight to upload it. It should, in theory, move down to Durham within the next few days anyway. The LED is probably more to benefit Durham - far easier to reprogram an LED that it is to fit a new blind into a powerblind.
Ours have front Hanover displays now as well meaning they can now use them on the 63 and 64.
Did also forget to mention that 7432 has also now lost its 'Coastliner' branding.

This one wasn't branded, only 7434/5 had the most recent 306 branding

I'm assuming 7432 has had to go back to Jesmond to get work done to it or something? I am 100% positive that it was used in service at Durham with LED displays.

Could be the answer, given Arriva were solely operating the Metro Replacement 900 yesterday with several of Jesmond's DAF DB250s running alongside Ashington's 7501/2/4/9 and Blyth's 7614/24.
