Are these VLW's direct replacements for DLA's or single deckers ?
You would think that these and the DLP's would be direct replacements wouldn't you, in which case it would make sense for Bootle to get one to replace 4097. Whether they are to replace DLA's I wouldn't know.
Ex London VLW (4214) is on the 52A this afternoon. Are these buses staying at Bootle?
How many Gemini's are currently at Bootle, also are there any photos?
There was a collision with a bus from bootle afew weeks back. Maybe its a temp?.
It seems more likely to be a permanent replacement for 4097, Bootle's sole allocated DLA.
Bootle have another VLW, 4208 is on 60 this morning.

Southport still have 5 DLAs allocated, so it isn't quite the last one on Merseyside.
