There was a couples of years around 2000 when the 60s hadnt seen a double decker on them at all. It was when Bootle got the ex North Western East Lancs D10Ms (i think). One had to go out to see if the route was still suitable for deckers (mainly trees) before they could go out in service on the 60. This might of actually been the first time Arriva had deckers on the 60. Too long ago to remember every detail.
I forget what one but there was an Interurban Dart on the 310/311 today as well!
I forgot to mention that 2239 is now here from Southport - was on the 53 yesterday.
An old Livery Dart (2239?) has crashed while on the 58 today, Theres a photo of the side of the Bus on Facebook and looking at it all the side Pannels will need replacing

It was 2224! It was on the pits at about 16:00 this afternoon. Not sure if it's being repaired or not but the damage is probably not enough to warrant withdrawing it (unfortunately).
