Had me first run with 4031 yesterday, must say its pretty nippy for a DLA. Also liking the work its had done to the disabled area, partition taken out near the stairs plus extra tip up seats.much improved on current layout tbh.
2609s still hovering away merrily again albeit slightly louder now it seems!!!
4216 made its triumphant entry into service this morning on the 31/37A duty. It seems v popular with folk, comfy rude & v v zippy. Vast improvement over the DLAs finally winsford have some decent deckers at last!
Just seem it...It's louder than 2609 i'll say that! Looked really nippy however, For anyone it's going to work the 15:41 37 Journey to Northwich from Winsford, then onto a 31A from there!
Don't think so! It's in the 16:20 31 into crewe as i'm currently on it. Deffo loud however seating cap seems less than a DLA only managing 66.
Nice to know about 4216, I'm lookin forward to getting on it soon.

4216 is really nice, really quick & comfy. Seems popular with drivers as well
4215 has entered service this morning on the 08:30 crewe-chester. Looks really smart too, copey are we getting any more VLWs or other variations of deckers to replace the DLAs?
Also noted we're down to just 3 remaining darts in service (867/877/878) so will these get replaced by more solos or something else? Haven't noticed 2608 out this week at all so looks like its gone bang again!

Think 866 was withdrawn when the like of 860-869 & friends went.
