Thanks - I guess that's the end of an era - but good to know a few of them have returned home to Liverpool.

Had a ride on board 4017 today, It's not the best DLA, But when it gets going, Which takes a while! It goes quite well, Except it fails to get up Wharton hill which even slow DLA's 4156 and 4096 manage!

After working out what a driver told me today, 3615 is present in the depot along with a Commander.

I assume it will help with the extra capacity needed on the 84, and also the 29/31/31A

More news of the press, 4040's engine has died, And Arriva have said they want 4056 back on the road, Which has a broken gearbox, so 4040's gearbox is going into 4056.
