Been doing that for a while, best guess is it's either transmission or a diff that's whining.
On an aside note, appears macc have yet again got a gemini off the road as 4103 has been here covering this week on the 38s. Honestly they've been giving a hell of a lot of issues lately & they're only about 5 yrs old!
Ahh 2643 yes it was doing that back in October when I had it on a 38 to Macclesfield and before that when I had it on a 247 when it was breifley allocated to Wythenshawe Depot, I'm guessing therefor its nothing too serious and just a feature of this particular vehicle.
M60lad - Probably so i'd guess the daf DLAs such as 4042 4158 etc all did this, which was a case of worn rear differentials.

They also have a planning application in to increase the size of the Gaw End lane outstation from 12 to 20 vehicles.
The reason is, I believe, because the 130 is transferring from Wythenshawe depot to Gaw End Lane
When is it the 130s transfer over to macc? They'll deffo need to expand gaw end lane depot as it's absolutely tiny.

It does have white LED's however these are not the same type that Arriva use (Hanover), It's previously been on demonstration with Stagecoach, Mc Gills and Redcar Council to name a few
Yeah noticed that today on closer inspection, seems macc have got it a while as they've actually bothered to brand it up & fit an arriva ticket machine & use it in service.
Any news on when the 130 is due to transfer over to macc & will it be the whole hog into manchester or just the wilmslow portion??? 1 macc driver said just to wilmslow while the other said macc drivers will work the whole route. Sapphire spec pulsars will be an odd sight at 1st at macc depot mixing with the solos & our geminis!
It will just be the short 130 to dtart with till Macclesfield get more drivers then the longs will follow eventually but if i remember correctly it should be towards the end of january
Cheers for that MM. Hopefully their recruitment drive will attract more drivers, macc have got at least 3 new drivers I've seen.
I'd guess in a short while the strata demonstrator will be going to winsford too.
