You wouldn't have because it has only just been approved by the VOSA traffic commissioner. Management won't (shouldn't) tell drivers details until approved in case the application is rejected and they are unable to serve the proposed amendment.
Think they are pulling the West Kirby to Heswall section. Also, if you worked in the bus industry, then you'd know that word gets round long before anything crops up on the internet.
If that is the case there has just been one merry go round of routes recently between West Kirby and Heswall , now it seems that if you live in Newton / frankby or west greasby , heswall is only available via West Kirby or Arrowe Park Hospital , good joined up thinking .
