Looks like Merseytravel's tender change date is the 6th October whilst TfGM's is the 27th.

If thats so over the years its always been middle to end of october , with one year the change actually being on the 5th November at its latest , this would be the earliest .

Sounds like Stagecoach Merseyside and South Lancashire are having a little change to there services on the 24th November , thats the second amendment for that particular date . The first being service 1 and this being the service 19.
I can also add that the LUT changes are to do with the relocation of the Bus Station in Blackburn from the Boulevard to Ainsworth Street (in front of Gala Bingo) as I found out today from my little wander round that part of the world.
