It is the original 126 registration. There's a few more bits to go through the system yet, so I can't say any more. All should become apparent when the rest of the paperwork gets processed (hopefully tomorrow as I sent it all in the same envelope).

I'm the same. I'm guessing this is be an extended 126 from Leigh to Horwich via the 516/517 route. If so, interesting timing, as in the documents for the TfGMC meeting tomorrow, it says that SLT had planned to withdrawn the Saturday service on the 516/517 service from 16 December, however TfGM negotiated a continuation until 26 January (day before 126 change).

Either way, yet another attempt at a service linking Horwich with the Trafford Centre. Stagecoach Lancs X60, followed by SLT's X61 service and then Stagecoach Lancs X25 service.

You forgot Blue Bus' 573, which lasted a good few years!

I remember Bluebuses 573 service that ran to/from Trafford Center as correct me if I'm wrong but wern't some journeys on this service operate with vehicles from the Coaching fleet, especially when they wern't needed on Alpha Tours work
