Was MX09 MJV I think, nice to see the 139 getting "nicer" buses for a change!

Hi all noted operating yesterday on the 121/215 route was Wright bodied Streetlite demonstrator MX12DYW from Mistral.

Ah, so THAT is how has that! Saw it in Belle Vale yesterday afternoon, destination screen set to 'Should have gone to Specsavers!'

Iv seen a couple of their buses out of service displaying that.

I normally in maghull station of a night when Ace travel finish and cumfybus take over for the night and ive seen the hybrid solos coming in displaying should have gone to specsavers on the blinds wonder if its a sponsorship thing as some solos also carry rear adverts for specsavers?

It probably is as Cumfybus has its own in-house advertising agency, PSV Media.

A first today in Southport was a hybrid Solo operating on the 15 route. This is not only a first for Cumfy but any operator .

The streetlite was out on the 139 today.

The streetlite wasn't out allday on 139s as I saw it parked up in Huyton Bus Station yesterday afternoon at about 14:00 then I later saw it operating 16:28 139 Sir Thomas Street-Prescot service, unfournatly I didnt get the reg as it was just passing Lime Street and heading up past the Adelphi while I was on a 76 from Halewood
