Cumfy must be having a clearout of redundant Aleros because the 4 that were at the small yard on Crowland Street in Southport have all gone- probably for good this time.

Was surprised to see one of the X***WCH Trident deckers pulling out of maghull rail station and going up station road yesterday it wasnt on the 231 as there was a hybrid solo on there think it was being used as a driver shuttle?

Rode on this bus this evening on the 135 between Bootle and Aintree - a bit sluggish and it sounded quite ill (cooling-fan kept going on and off, particularly around corners). Also, its interior was a bit worn (still featuring its Supertravel "007" fleet-number), but still not in too bad of a condition. For some reason, a fitter attended it at Aintree Merseyrail Station and hybrid Solo YJ12 GXL turned-up, but both the fitter's vehicle and the hybrid Solo left within five minutes with the same drivers driving them and the same driver driving YN53 ZWJ left in service, so I presume that the latter had a fault that may have involved a bus-exchange if it was bad or couldn't be solved (a confusing situation - just a suggestion!)...

One the Hybrid Solo's (YJ12 GXG I think) seems to be on loan at the Poulton depot as its on the 74 today.

Out of interest where about is Cumfybus's Poulton Depot?

roumor going around arriva bolton depot that cumfybus won all their contracts of them and that they opening a little depot and garry horthonre will be running the shots, not a type of romour i heard before but for some reason i just cant see it happening

the reason i posted this as the information has been fed from a reliable source of mine and with who has said this it could well be true but for some reason i just cant belive it thats why i want someone to tell me if they think its like comfybus to do this type of thing as i know very little regarding the company

Why not when they operate into Blackpool and Preston
