A question to all the football supporters out there .
Have Manchester United's hierachy picked the right manager to replace Sir Alex Ferguson ?
I have to admit i never saw yesterdays match results coming .
Aston Villa 3 Manchester City 2
and
Manchester United 1 West Brom 2
On 606 last night the amount of supporters of Manchester United screaming for Moyes to be sacked and for Sir Alex to come back was tremendous .
Seems that something is not quite clicking there yet , it will do and everybody else better watch out when it does .
Ferguson allegedly wanted Moyes to be his successor for several years before deciding to quit, so his opinion naturally carried a lot of weight. I'm sure United will be at least in the hunt before the end of the season. Moyes did a superb job at Everton and I can't seem him failing utterly at MUFC despite his lack of top level experience.
Think there will be a need for a change of personnel over the coming years , particulary in defence where there is now some fragility.
Over the last few years its been a case of the frontline scoring more than the backline lets in .
Liverpool , Everton and Tranmere Rovers all won today.
The win by Tranmere Rovers was there first home win of the season .
The win just keeps them on the edge of the relegation zone rather than being deep in the relegation zone . Hopefully will give some confidence to the team.

Yeah, but the Mighty Silkmen thumped Vauxhall Motors 7-0 in the FA Cup!
1st round draw tomorrow lunchtime -anyone at The Moss will do.

Away to Dagenham & Redbridge - nightmare to get to, and a dump of a ground when you do get there!
When the fat lady sings at the end of the season which will be the highest placed north western club in the Premiership?
I think it will be the same order as the last 2 both manchester clubs followed by both Merseyside now in which order i don't know.
