Hearts will go into administration within the next 24 hours.

Papers have been lodged with the Court Of Session in Edinburgh to formally begin the process.
Not a good way for the Jambos to start a season; that is if they DO start the season! Just been reading Edinburgh Evening News on-line and it says
that according to SPL rules 'Any team entering any form of insolvency will be deducted 10 points or a third of their last season's total whichever is the greater' so that will be 15 points (as their total for last season was 45 points)!

Mal
Hearts would have been relegated this year if the 15 points had been removed this year as they would have had 29 points and the team that was relegated Dundee United had 30 points.
Anyone else been watching the Confederation Cup. It's been a cracking tournament. Just watching the final -Brasil v Spain another excellent game. Brasil are 3-0 up with acouple of minutes to go.
The major talking point this close season is who is Wayne Rooney going to start the season with .

He does seem to have some beef with Manchester United over something .
bit of good news for QPR and Bolton fans:

FIXTURE CHANGES: Our home game against QPR will be shown live on Sky and will now kick-off at 12.15pm on Saturday 24 August.
It does seem like only Championship live matches have been released by Sky Sports at the moment , interested to see which Live Premier League matches are shown this year when they get released.
I think BT have a whole load of Premiership games this season
Think that this will probably be used to kick start BT Vision , which seemed to be rather slow to gather momentum.

Money, no doubt.

Bought my season ticket at lunchtime - annual act of faith, or deluded optimism?
