Sheffield United midfielder Maddy Cusack has died at the age of 27.
David McCallum, the British actor who became a star by playing a secret agent in 1960s spy drama The Man from U.N.C.L.E., has died at the age of 90.
Actor and rapper Nashawn Breedlove, known for taking on Eminem in a rap battle in the film 8 Mile, has died aged 46.
Sir Michael Gambon has died aged 82.

Liverpool-born actor Jake Abraham, best known for his role in the film Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, has died aged 56. The actor also appeared in the 1991 Channel 4 series GBH. Abraham was diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year and in July he said he was receiving palliative care.
Former Manchester City and England striker Francis Lee has died, aged 79. Lee scored 148 goals in 330 appearances during an eight-year spell at City, helping the club win multiple honours, including the old First Division title in 1968. He also earned 27 caps for England, scoring 10 goals.
Lady Cathy Ferguson, the wife of former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, has died aged 84.
British screenwriter and director Terence Davies, known for films including Distant Voices, Still Lives, has died at the age of 77. Born and raised in Liverpool, he died peacefully at home after short illness.
Rudolph Isley, whose smooth vocals graced Isley Brothers hits including Summer Breeze and That Lady, has died at the age of 84.
US actress Piper Laurie - best known for her roles in The Hustler and Carrie films - has died aged 91.
