Geoffrey Palmer died on Thursday November 5th, aged 93. He starred in comedies including The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin and Butterflies.

It just seems that we are going through one of those times in the year , when we see a lot of celebrities passing on. This year has to all intents and purposes not been too bad on that front .
